The US International Trade Commission (USITC) voted to make an affirmative final ruling of anti-dumping on the imports of stainless steel flange from China, and the products imported from China made a substantial damage on the US domestic industry.

Based on the above-mentioned affirmative ruling on industrial damage, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) will issue anti-dumping taxation orders on stainless steel flanges imported from China.

The case involved products under the US tariff tariff number 7307.21.1000 and 7307.21.5000.
